Portfolio Introduction

This portfolio will serve as a repository of documents intended to provide evidence of proficiency and mastery of the concepts involved in leadership as required of students in the Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University. These concepts, or domains, revolve around and are linked to the central domain of Servant Leader and include Personal Authenticity, Organizational Theory and Research, Organizational Learning, Change, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, Globalization and Multiculturalism, and Ethics and Leadership.

The documents contained within this portfolio will be of two types: scholarly and practical. The scholarly will demonstrate my understanding of the domains from a theory basis and the practical will provide evidence of how I have begun to implement that which I have learned about each domain into my every day life whether it be at work or at home.
