Currently serve as the Assistant Director for the Bachelor's in Business & Management Programs Online. I am responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the programs online including curriculum development, faculty development, and student contact. I am a member of the Business and Management Academic Leaders committee.

 

Also currently serve as Program Manager for the Alliance for International Christian Business Education. Duties include course scheduling, budgeting, and daily operations. This program is an alliance between IWU, Seattle Pacific University, LeTourneau University, and Ohio Christian University that provides undergraduate business education to universities in Guyana, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lithuania, Romania, and Russia.

 

Previously served as Assistant Director for the Associate's in Business and Management Programs online.

 

Formerly served as the Coordinator for Online Faculty Recruitment for IWU. Duties included networking to identify potential qualified adjunct facilitators for all online programs, evaluating resumes and applications and conducting initial interviews. Recruitment done in conjunction with needs identified by each assistant director.

Far North Christian School, Fairbanks, AK (1997-2003)

 

Served as full time faculty member. Taught a variety of subjects including New Testament Survey (for which I developed the curriculum), Algebra I, Business Math, Consumer Math, Comparative Religions, Drama, Basic Computer and 7th & 8th grade history and science courses as well as serving as athletic director and coaching Varsity Soccer and Girls Track. In addition, I was the Student Government sponsor and twice sponsored senior classes that raised monies to take mission trips to England, Scotland and Italy.

 

Safeway Grocery Store, North Pole, AK (1997-2003)

 

Served as Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities included supervision of all evening employees, completion and submission of daily financial reports and oversight of general store operations during the evening. I was also in charge of customer service training for employees. Five of the six quarters I was in charge of the training, all store employees received bonuses because of our customer service scores. 

 

Florida Lifestyles Property Management, Inc., Stuart, FL (1987-1997)

 

Served as a licensed Community Association Manager for condominium and homeowners associations. Duties included preparation of preliminary annual budgets, writing of contract specifications, supervision of execution of contracts, liaison with association attorneys, enforcement of association documents, monthly reports to association committees and board as well as presentation of monthly financial statements during board meetings. I typically managed 7-10 associations at any given time.

 

Jupiter Ocean & Racquet Club Condominium Association, Jupiter, FL (1984-1987)

 

Served as Assistant Manager/Maintenance Supervisor. Duties included scheduling and supervision of all maintenance staff, the ordering of supplies, inventory control and assistance with budget preparation.

 

Member of Basketball and Football Officiating Associations in Florida and Alaska (1986-2003)

Officiated college and high school basketball as well as high school football. Served as vice president charged with training of officials in both locations.
